Thank you for the vote of confidence! My recommendation is to base a quorum on attendance levels. I would use tommorrow's attendance level as a baseline and then establish that 66% or greater of that number are needed for votes at the next meeting.
In the event of appointing a Core Marketing Group, I would say the same level (2/3 or more) should be met to allow for the group to vote on any motion. Hope that makes sense. If anyone has any better ideas please feel free! - John
