Dan, The goal is to have a leadership in place that helps organize tasks and helps place the contributions of the team in a central place for everyone to have access to.
People who just want to contribute will have it much easier than it is right now. If you are new, you can come in an take a look at our "issues" list that has everything broken down into the different areas I show on my proposal. It will be much easier to come in and contribute right away this way. On the flip side, someone who is just starting to get motivated to spread Ubuntu in their area will be able to come to us to get kits and information they can use to get started. They can use as much or as little as they want, but everything will speak with the unified voice that collaboration brings to a project! My proposal is centered on rebuilding the infrastructure of the leadership, but this only covers a few initial steps. Once the members of the Core Marketing group are in place, you can be sure that their number one priority will be to support those gracious enough to spend their time, energy, and resources on the Ubuntu community. I hope this helps answer your question!
