I've put it on the list :-)

you can add more than 1 sheet ... a sheet called "comments" where you can
repeat your launchpad id, the sheet/column/row you want to comment to and
the actual comment?
you can then sort on "id" or on column/row to find all comments from a
certain person...or for a certain field...

I'm not a "chat" person... "how many" people would be working on this excel?
also the commenting system is currently to work out a "template" ?
But still it's easier for the person who will have to make a summary
against next weeks meeting to not have to hover each cell
...
