Is there not already such 'user-friendly' document at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardyHeron/RC? If I'm correct no-one on this thread has yet mentioned it, so I simply wanted to ask, is that document "official"? Can we translate it? In any case, I've just translated the release notes into Catalan at -> https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardyReleaseNotes/ca, so they should be ready for inclusion on the website.
