Just tried loading the modules again...here's the output so I'm as clear as possible ;-)
sudo modprobe toshiba-acpi FATAL: Error inserting toshiba_acpi (/lib/modules/2.6.28-11-generic/kernel/drivers/acpi/toshiba_acpi.ko): No such device sudo modprobe tlsup FATAL: Module tlsup not found. So it looks like I was bit off....looks like toshiba-acpi may exist....but something is not right....this is where my Linux knowledge strts getting fuzzy (damn those many years in the Windows world) ;-) FYI...I am a programmer (of many years)...so not shy around the technical details.
