This only means that the fix is released, not that it is available. So far you would have to install fglrx from the ATI website manually. This means download and compile, see wiki for more information. Best is over an existing fglrx so that all the xorg stuff is right. So you should have installed version 11.9 before by additional drivers function. Just uninstall the old fglrx and double click on the new one for installing. Do the same with the control center. The earlier mentioned way to purge is not recommended by me.
