This is not a duplicate of #973096; I'm experiencing it with Intel
graphics. I'm using 12.04 with a GNOME+xmonad session on a ThinkPad
T520. (It's either rarer or nonexistent when using a Unity session.)
Dmesg contains the line

    [10170.765098] Xorg[1318]: segfault at 7fa300000011 ip
00007fa34b0b71b8 sp 00007fff90fa6a10 error 4 in
Xorg[7fa34af8f000+1f0000]

and Xorg.0.log.old has

[ 10193.121]

I can give the rest of my dmesg, lspci, etc. if needed. I hope this is
fixed in 12.10 - this bug is extremely annoying! Thanks!
