Hi Just wanted to add my experience with this error message also. If i install a fresh copy of ubuntu from the site ver 22.0.4.2 with kernel 5.15.76 I have no issues installing my P2200 Quadro. The ubuntu server is a vm running on my esxi server running 7.0.3N.
The card is passed through and works fine if i do the necessary stuff such as blacklist the nouveau drivers etc using a file entry in modprobe. soon as i do apt update and upgrade which updates the kernel to 5.15.78 it breaks everything and I get the same errors as above in the oringal post. I have even tried spinning a fresh VM and updating to the latest kernel then doing the GPU install an get the same problem.
