Hey Guys. I'm having trouble loading some images into UDig. I've tried loading both TIFF files and JPG files. I know the images are valid, because I can open them in other programs.
I have attached a screenshot from UDig after the images are supposedly loaded. I get a little red box with an "X' on the corner of each image icon, which I believe is telling me there was an error loading the image. However, I don't know what the error is. Does UDig present this information to the user? What problems might UDig be having with the image files? Thanks, The Sunburned Surveyor P.S. - I didn't have a problem loading a JPG file whose alignment was due north. Perhaps UDig is having trouble with images that are not aligned due north?
