libs now has a dependency on gt2-repository.jar; and I have organized
the manifest so we can find things a bit easier. The GeoToolsAdapters
class has been fixed up to use org.geotools.repository.* and trunk now
builds again.

I had to add new libraries in order to keep going with the wfs work. Please
update and verify I didn't mess it up.
Also, there are compile errors because org.geotools.catalog does not exist, a
pending commit may be?
