hmmm... The idea was indeed to replace commons-collections-2.1 by 3.1.
By looking at the commit message in the commits list it seems it was correctly 
replaced in MANIFEST, copy.xml and build.properties?
Though it makes sense if the old jar remains in the libs directory, it should 
be removed when cleaning the libs plugin, I thought.
Either way, if there's something else to take into account when 
adding/replacing libs please tell me.

It makes sense, though it looks like a boring task to reorganize them by 
hand... Yet I'm still wondering why you got the duplicate...
