Oh and in case it is not obvious; can you *not* apply this patch to
trunk :-) I want to replace those all with "live" toc.xml files that hit
the wiki. No sense putting doc.zip files in there until we are making
non beta releases.
Jesse if you really have more work to do here; we can swap out 1.1.0
over to be 1.1.x or something ... my customer needing the preference
pages out of the way is not worth the amount of merge pain we are going
through right now. I would rather move the preference pages into a "GIS"
category for the 1.1.0 release (and update the one picture in the online
help which is effected.
