Andrea I can confirm that 2.7.7 was not included; however I did not go to any 
extra effort to exclude it - so one of the upstream repositories must no longer 
require it.

If you are sure you need it then please add it as an explicit dependency in 
refresh.xml; previously I think we were only getting it as a transitive 
dependency on antlr 3.3 or something?
