Ok, Jody sorted the mistery out. Seemed to be a file corruption by
eclipses fancy editors.
This is now solved. He was not able to create a release and I don't
have the environment ready  to do so without adding errors.
So this will happen tomorrow.

With the antlr thing solved, my doubts for this release are gone. We
tested this version a lot here at work in powerusage mode and it
behaved great. Ecw and friends also work as they should. I think this
will be a good release. Thanks to everyone.
