Hold on a sec. You mean when exporting the product or when running refresh? I mean the first case, which I thought would depend only on the build.xml entries. For the second case, I am quite sure that the 2.7.7 should still download as a dependency, since the antlr version 3.3 has not changed. I am running full build right now in order to make sure. The 2.7.7 is definitely required by the toolbox so I will add it if it doesn't download. But my guess is that it downloads, but then doesn't export. Mind that we have it also listed in the manifest, so it really should be ther.
