Hi Folks

I personally monitor the mailing list and hardly touch the forum.

Evenings would be easier.

1. Chance to raise technical matters
2. An interface to Sun Microsystems: quick way to get to the right person

* Here's an example of 1 & 2: Karim is on holiday and I want to find a
specialist who can help me with a core dump...

3. An occasional OpenSolaris Beer Hike, open day, social sort of thing, chance
to meet a few of you informally... The Linux community is good at this sort
of thing.

To summarise all 3: networking

I agree with the last post in terms of format, style - hands-on tutorials &
workshops would be nice. The raw material for this sort of thing can easily
be shared across OSUGs, and can thereby address generic interests of the
whole OSUG.

Here's my wishlist...

1. DTrace tutorial(s, or even better a whole series of workshops) and
OpenSolaris process management
2. What happened to that install Fest? I've got c. 5 GB of spare room on my
laptop...
3. SMF tweaking & DIY

Secondary

4. Zones
5. Virtualisation

Yes

Erm, not quite my thing... At least not at the moment.
