Hi Daniel (for those who don't like IPS, please ignore)

once you boot with a previous build XXX, you can then re-install 
application with the appropriate build number,  with something like

pkg install SUNWfirefox at 0.5.11,5.11-0.XXX

I didn't tested it yet, as I'm happy with the actual build number. Take 
care that you should probably remove the previous version of Firefox.


Be aware that there is an IPS package for the flash player plugin for 
firefox
