Photographic interpretation or diagnosis is a very tricky issue.There are a
myriad of other diseases
that have similar presentations and so one has to physically see the patient
to make a better clinical
diagnosis.
The good thing is that most if not all the diseases with such presentation
depicted are treatable and
curable.
Since Uganda has not yet reached that stage in their treatment based health
care,this fellow needs to
see a doctor and will begin his journey to getting better.
In those socities where medical workers visit communities to make community
diagnoses,he would have been
seen before he got into this stage.
