[JOS-UI] New project

UI readers,

I am starting a project that will create pluggable look-and-feels for
JOS.  I would like people to help out as much as possible.  I have
created a Wiki page called OrgJosPlaf and proposed a package:
org.jos.plaf (see the similarity :) Please send me an email or direct
