Still not working (for reasons I have no idea) - the update site seems
to have the cas editor jar, but there is no plugin installed for it.
It would be good to have another pair of eyes look at this - maybe
there's some misspelling somewhere...
I followed the steps above to create the update site and
then deployed it into a local tomcat instance together with
the plugin jars in the plugin folder.
After the install into an eclipse 3.5 instance the Cas Editor
was installed and worked, I did not test the other plugins.
