I would look at what Mythic Beasts do, price IPv4 up to make customers realise the pain of legacy protocols. IPv6 is not some new fangled minority interest, the fact that mainstream ISPs support it now (BT, Sky, Zen) means that companies should give guidance to their staff when signing up to an ISP as to which ones will allow them to work from home effectively. https://www.google.com/intl/en/ipv6/statistics.html So basically ISPs like TalkTalk or PlusNet who appear to have made no plans for IPv6 are now legacy providers who shouldn't be considered for any kind of professional use.
