Brian,

The current unicon setup application at (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/unicon/files/) bundles all of the necessary
dlls and install them to unicon/bin directory which gets added to the PATH
during installation. after building your program binaries you have to ship
the dlls in unicon/bin with it if you move to another machine. The dlls can
be placed with program in the same directory or in any directory that is in
the PATH ( windows/system32 ), is an option.
