My 2 cents . . .

"This isn't just about the schools, after all. This is about who gets
to
govern Philadelphia--we, the people of the City--or the Governor and
a
handful of legislators lecturing us from Harrisburg as if it were an
empire
unto itself."

So, we leave the legislators of the "empire unto itself" called
Philadelphia to run it, the quality of education continues to spiral
down, people flee the city to places where education is better, and
Philadelphians get increasingly dumber and dumber ;)

It is about schools - all the rest is political manipulation for
issues that don't benefit the education of children.

The city has had its chance, and has blew it.

The time of political nepotism is hopefully over for the city; PPA
will hopefully be cleaned up; PHA, maybe soon; maybe we can have PGW
taken over and get rid of that mess, too.
Line up the city mess, lets sweep it clean.

Thanks,
