That's the kind of information that the City DOES NOT WANT YOU TO HAVE.
They claim that you can't search the City Property Tax database by name
because that would allow all kinds of harassment of judges, police and
abused spouses -- but the reality is the intent is to hide the ownwership
of such slum lords.... although most of them have to be inferred anyway
because nobody owns the property in their own name, it's all held in the
name of some off-books sham corporation whose intent is to shield the real
owners identity and liability. This is all pretty standard stuff in the
commercial RealEstate business and has been for years -- Enron only learned
from their betters.
