So what happened at the hearing?

BTW - I was not brought up in this area of Philladelphia but had friends
here, so I am rusty on exactly what business was in the property at any
given time. I just know it is a great location for any business.

Also, I live where the drunks from Gojo's and the Queen of Sheba park and I
know what kind of noise drunks make at 2 am and have had gun fire including
a murder (robbery gone bad) at one of the bars. I've also lived off of South
St. Baltimore Ave doesn't even come close to South St and it would take more
than a late night food establishment to make it that way.

We live in a city and in a city there is noise and sometimes vile behavior,
but let's not chase away businesses unless they ARE a nuisance.

Now liquor licensing is another story....

This is just my 2 cents.
