Umm. My impression from the prices of real estate in the area is that
folks who own real estate stand to make some nice money. I saw a listing
at 46th and Spruce that is OVER $500.000. A middle class couple
would have a nice time paying that mortgage. They might want to venture
towards West Powelton or 49th Street North of Spruce to find  an
affordable place.
