Very interesting morning guys.
We can call me a conspiracy theory guy for looking at the recent history of
patterns with the park and these entities. I know that only processoholics
like the Mt Airy criminals look at the past and at general patterns.
What is it that we say about FOCP and UCD? "We sweep the past under a rug
and rule the way to a cleaner safer future."
Well, good news! As I was breaking the law this morning with the off leash,
evil Sam; I saw that we were back to normal.
I saw the FOCP Vice President on the planning committee leading around a UCD
guy and another guy in Clark Park. Got get this done before the rich folks
and orchestra come!
It was definitly the FOCP that was leading the group and pointing to the
various plants, etc around the Dicken's statue. The UCD and the person I
assumed was a potential city fenton were taking notes. Thank the powers
over the land, the FOCP is once again in charge now that the tree killing is
pinned on the fenton like city!
Last winter, I begged and demanded that the leaders of the board of FOCP
stop treating the community like UCD does, as an enemy which will forever be
banned behind a stone wall. Every time anything goes wrong, the same "in
charge" folks at FOCP are just a humble bunch of volunteers and the city
came and screwed everyone. These excuses are getting pretty old.
I worked with Rec for several years with great communication until UCD,
FOCP/SHCA destroyed it. Why can't these elite experts do as well as a crazy
like me? Remember, the reason that we need to embrace plutocracy is because
the city is too incompetent and refuses to deal with the trees. Most
neighbors know that UCD and FOCP do everything and deserve all credit for
everything that happens in the park. But hey, what do conspiracy people
know with their hallucinations?
I think I went crazy even before I tried to teach the FOCP how to get a
special trash pick-up. Another FOCP enemy, the Woodland AVe Reunion taught
me back when we had a community instead of a district.
I propose that since the FOCP and UCD are too stupid to deal with the city,
we ask the city to direct all further communication about Clark Park to a
responsible person in West Philadelphia who is known for dealing with the
public honestly, Glenn Moyer. Let's let the elite folks get back to their
expertise in the field of social fertilizer sometimes known as bullshit.
Please send your letters to the Department of Recreation and City Council.

PS: If you want to talk about the resurfacing waste, talk about it. If you
want to use it in a bizarre attempt to attack my priorities or sanity, you

So, when you post that UCD cut down some trees, and you hear back from
_three_ sources who were there that it was, in fact, Park and Rec, with
help from Councilwoman Blackwell's office and the Fairmount Park
Commission, that cut down the trees, based on a report from the Morris
Arboretum's arborist, and you _continue_ to post that UCD cut down the
trees, this is you being "attacked" "with nothing credible" by
"jackals"?
You could save all of us, yourself as well, a lot of aggravation if
you'd just pick up the phone and call Park and Rec and ask them who cut
down the trees instead of posting mountains of previously refuted
conspiracy theories. If they say that UCD cut down the trees, then let
us know. Otherwise, you can get back to work on your giant sign.
