On a similar theme, one of my sisters moved back to the city (West Philly), from Lower Merion, after the 5th (or 6th) time her car was stolen from the parking lot of her upscale condo building. And another client moved back from Darby, after a "100 year storm" flooded (to the point of failure) their Suburban home, while we in West Philly had to pump a few basements but were otherwise able to carry on with structures still intact.
