Yes - the problem is that googlecode won't let any more files be added to the download location - hence I can't update that location. The use of a git repo was my attempt to get to a new constant file location, but I am not sure how well it will work. All I know at present is that I can't keep the old url location as I can't change the file. Thanks google...
