Hi Dan,

So I got a little curious and tried moving my RPI around the house and
outside at the end of my pool. I connected it to my Xfinity router and
my Trendnet, both on the first floor of my home, but at different ends.
For some reason when I tried to switch from any other SSID to XFINITY, I
had to reboot the RPI. I coud switch from any other SSID including
XFINITYWIFI, but not XFINITY. Anyway, below are the results I got.
Just to give you an idea, I live in a 2300 sq ft Colonial style home.
It's probably 34 linear feet from the xfinity router to the floor below
where the RPI was for the diagonal test. I have no idea what the angle
is to calculate the footage. There are 3 wireless routers in my house
and anywhere from 5 to 15 wireless devices running at any time and lots
of other RI from lots of sources. I know this isn't very technical, but
it may give you an idea if the LB-Link BL-LW05-AR5 will work for you.
Howard
