Ok, got it. In this case I had to edit the .../www/cgi-bin/writeoudiotweak.cgi
On line 46 I changed the Link "EQREPOSITORY="http://sourceforge.net/projects/picoreplayer/files/tce/7.x/ALSAequal/""; to http*s* and the installation runs through without any error.
