Thanks again sckramer.

The ZERO or RPi3B weren't heard of when we wrote the overclocking stuff.
We will have to disable it for unknown hardware rather than using the
RPi2 values.

I usually grab the overclocking values from raspi-config which still
only has overclock values for RPi1 and RPi2.
