Jeff,

I normally have a modified version of the relay.sh script for my Pi-Amp
running on this player.  I disabled the script and added -G 22 to the
squeezelite Various Input options. This, as you point out, sets the GPIO
pin to low when squeezelite is turned on and high when off. The pi-AMP
needs a logic high to unmute it.

As a test I added some commands from the script to bootlocal.sh which
puts GPIO 22 in active low or active high state before squeezelite is
running, but this doesn't change the behaviour of the -G switch with the
pi-AMP.
