How are you guys flashing cards? I use dd from linux, and I've never had a failed flash. (And believe me when testing new releases, I flash a pile of cards)
For you windows guys, are you remembering to format your SD card to reset the size before writing the image? What programs are you using? SD card Formatter from sdcard.org would be preferred. When you expand your partition, are you using the full size or limiting? Is LMS the only thing that fails to download?
