If the database got corrupted, there is a chance that server prefs got
reset too.  

1) Stop LMS
2) Make sure the drives are mounted the way you want
3) Start LMS
4) Check the LMS configuration, in the LMS web interface.   Check all of
the directory settings and that you have the library directory set
correctly.
5) Issue a Clear Library and Rescan everything from the LMS interface

If that doesn't work, open an ssh session and check the mounted network
share and see if the files are actually there.   And post the boot log,
and a screenshot of the pCP LMS web page
