After updating to the latest 4.0 beta of picoreplayer and updating Jivelite, I can't access the upper quarter of the official 7 in touchscreen (rotation set to 180). Reverting back to 3.5 in Picoreplayer didn't fix it.
The problem is also present using the latest version of Raspian so I'm inclined to believe it may be a hardware issue.
