Try to install the extension called crda.tcz. This extension is needed to properly set the country wireless regulatory info. And we don’t have that in the base 4.0.0 install. You can do that from the extensions page. Main menu in Beta mode. The press extensions, then on the extension page, select the piCoreplayer repo. piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM.
