Just checking, you do have a RPi0W not a RPi0? W for wireless. This is what I do to test RPi0-W 1. Create new pCP SD card 2. Create wpa_supplicant.conf with: ssid="yourssid" psk="password" 3. Stick SD card into RPi0W and boot. 3 reboots later.... Always works in testing! Of course it does. :D What wifi channel are you using?
