Well with a lot of reading, learning, and copying of doliana's files I managed to create a LMS 8.0 image for my RPi. Logitech Media Server Version: 8.0.0 - 1588016397 @ Mon Apr 27 21:51:54 CEST 2020 Very much a 'hack' job as no automation, etc. But doliana's dockerfile https://github.com/DOliana/docker-image-logitech-media-server/blob/master/Dockerfile.linux-arm32v7 just needed to point to the LMS v8.0 nightly and it all built nicely.
