It appears that for some reason the extension is downloaded, but not
actually installed.  Was it possible you ran out of disk space while
installing exfat?  Make sure your partition is expanded.   At this
point, it would be best to remove exfat, then re-add it. If the web
interface wont let you remove it.   Do this in an ssh session
