That's good news. So it seems like this could be a universal approach. It would be good to get feedback from other USB DAC users.
In theory, this could be added as a 'one-click' option in pCP, since it would be possible to determine the idVendor and idProduct attributes when the USB DAC is initially configured on the Squeezelite Settings page.
