Thank you!!! I'll give that a try. Now my UMAX s900 with a PCI Radeon ATA 66 card will not boot to any hd or the cd. I get the happy Mac logo then it reboots to a blank screen.. Anyone know what I can do? I also can not boot to the os9 cd at all...

In XPostFacto there's an Input Device and Output Device selection in one of the menus. If the Radeoon card is installed there will be a string like pci2/ATY,RV100Parent/ATY,RV100ad_A ...something that will end in A or B. this sets the 'boot screen' to the A port (the VGA) or the B prot (the DVI) connector on the Radeon, otherwise they're blank until you've completely booted up.
