    Hello Bondster,
I did the reformat but when I select the "update drivers" I get the note
"The new driver will not be available until you restart the computer." So I
restart the computer and click on "update drivers" I get the same note.
    I have to go to "Hard Disk Toolkit" to partition the drive. When I click
on "Create new volume", I get a note that says I have to update the drivers
with hard disk toolkit before I can partition. I seem to be going around in
circles.
    Any help?
