XPostFacto does not support this yet. The PowerMac 7220 has a Tanzania logicboard same as the PowerMac 4400 (as well as the Starmax 3000/4000, APS, and a few other clones). I believe the 7220 was the name used for the European version and was not sold in the US. Despite the number, it is not related to the 7200.
Since you haven't bought it yet, your best bet would be to go with a 7300/7500/7600 or other supported box and build on it from there. I had hopes for my Starmaxes being supported by XPF someday, but the mods for the OSX updates seem to be taking all of the development time and effort.
