another post- >possible, but you'll need more power. a g3 upgrade and max out the ram. >maybe an IDE card & 7200 rpm drive. Note a G3 processor is only required for 10.2 and newer, although a G3 is peppier than a 604, no matter what OS you are using ;) Shoot for a beige G3, the 66 MHz bus makes a big difference. If you are spending more than $100 - $150 to upgrade the machine, I don't think it is worth it. If the 7220 has 256 MB of RAM and a 10 GB drive, you would be OK but the spinning beachball would become your best friend. -- Charles Dostale [EMAIL PROTECTED] System Administrator, Silver Oaks Communications http://www.silveroaks.com 824 17th Street, Moline IL USA 61265 309-797-9898 -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
