you need to delete the cache profiler, or it's preferences, from OSX. jus delete the files themselves from 9. you also need to use the the cache grabber software to grab the new cache settings from your new card and create a new text file. they will be different from the old card.
then boot into X and use the cache profiler to grab the new settings from the new text file. then reboot.
