You can move the iTunes music folder, and in it's place put an alias to it, just be sure to remove the 'Alias' at the end.
Works great, as then you can literally have it in multiple places.

Put your iTunes music folder on the other drive.

iTunes Preferences, "Advanced" tab, iTunes Music Folder Location, Change...
