I totally agree with this statement. Expectations can always be tricky. Some of us have different goals, and hopes for the OS's we're running, and sometimes we have to wait for the developers to catch up... 10.2 is significantly better than 10.1 on my old 9500 604 system. Although, I am still finding kinks like trouble with Classic, or CD burn errors, I am going to stick with 10.2 because it is noticeably better than 10.1, and of course I would be delighted to run 10.3, or 10.4!! (Let's hope!!) I'm expecting a lot to come out of Tiger, too, I think. I think this is why I am waiting to get my Mac mini...after Tiger comes out, and is shipping on it. All in all though, I think that Apple has been pretty consistent in delivering improvements to OS X. Oh, the SurplusComputers woah's...I hear you. I live in the area, so I just stop in and get what I need. My dad tried to call them a couple times, and finally went in to exchange the network card that he bought...They're alright about people in person, but they probably do need a lot of work with those phones! -Lars -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
