Windows NT 4.0 was less stable and reliable and a worse server OD than Windows NT 3.51. Windows XP... well, I'm still using WIndows 2000 and I REFUSE to upgrade to XP. At least Apple isn't shipping operating systems that are measurably worse in many ways than their precursors.
Lucky no. Smart maybe. I started with a II+ clone and probably most every model after that incl Mac.
One last dig at Mickeysoft and I'll restrain myself from bashing. I built my wife an AMD/XPpro box. Not even three months later guess what happens? BSOD. BLACK screen of death. Then I looked on the net. I'm not the only one. I've tried to get her to quit those machines. She even says that Mac is better. But she says there are no programs for it. I told her that it takes ten MS programs to equal one Mac program. It didn't work.
