Hello Richard; What type of system are you on. If you are running a 
system that is unsupported by OS X then I believe you will need to put 
Xpostfacto on your machine. Someone else may be able to help you with 
that as I no longer have any machines with Xpostfacto on them. I peruse 
this list now merely to keep informed about the systems that are 
unsupported and running OS X. Please advice as to your system specs.
